Abstract
An Ordinance by the Federal Minister for Health, Sport and Consumer Protection to prescribe the quality requirements in the marketing of different kinds of sugar as defined at the outset. Article 3 establishes the identification and labelling requirements. Annex 1 lays down the procedures for the examination of samples. The Ordinance consists of 8 articles and 2 Annexes.
