Abstract
The ordinance outlines strict limitations on the use of chemical plant protection products in Tyrol, Austria. It promotes non-chemical alternatives and bans or restricts pesticide use in sensitive areas such as hospitals, schools, kindergartens, public parks, playgrounds, sports facilities, cemeteries, and near water bodies.
