Abstract
The present Law implements the Directive 2003/4/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on public access to environmental information and repealing Council Directive 90/313/EEC. The purpose of the Law is to inform the public of environmental issues both by means of allowing free access to relevant data kept by competent authorities and by publication of such data.
