Abstract
The present Law is applicable to the industries and facilities producing, storing, transporting and using combustible gas. The text consists of 33 articles divided into 5 Parts as follows: General provisions (1); Combustible gas installations in need of authorization (2); Inspection, running and maintenance of industries and facilities (3); Trading of small heating systems (4); Competent authorities, penalties, transitional and final provisions (5). Six Annexes are enclosed.

The present Law repeals the Tyrol Gas Management Law (LGBl. No. 4/1975) and the Tyrol Gas Management Ordinance (LGBl. No. 69/1976).The present Law is consolidated as of 96/2012.
