Abstract
The Act organizes the structure, responsibilities, and membership of both chambers in the Austrian province of Tyrol. The Chamber of Agriculture is tasked with representing and promoting the professional, economic, social, and cultural interests of those working in agriculture and forestry, supporting education and training, advising members on subsidies and legal matters, and ensuring the preservation of cultural landscapes and food security. The law defines who qualifies as a member (including owners, tenants, and family members working on agricultural holdings), the internal organs and leadership, financial management, collaboration with other organizations, and the election process. The text consists of 109 Articles divided into III parts and has 5 attachments.
