Abstract
The present Ordinance introduces some substantial amendments to the Upper Austria Air Pollution Control and Energy Technology Law 2002 (LGBl. No. 114). In particular, the Ordinance amends, inter alia, article articles 26 on authorized inspection, check number; and Annex 3 concerning verification periods in accordance with article 32, paragraph 2.
