Abstract
The present Ordinance introduces some substantial amendments to the Upper Austria Air Pollution Control and Energy Technology Law 2002 (LGBl. No. 114). In particular, the Ordinance rewords article 29a on Inspection of heating systems; article 5 on Inspection report. The text consists of 3 articles.
