Abstract
The present Ordinance introduces some substantial amendments to the Upper Austria Air Pollution Control and Energy Technology Law 2002 (LGBl. No. 114). In particular, the Ordinance rewords, inter alia, article 3 on Definition of terms; article 13 on Inspection report; article 15 on Technical documentation; article 25a on Continuous survey. The text consists of 2 articles.
