Abstract
The present Ordinance implements the Federal Air Pollution Control Act (BGBl. I Nr. 137/2002). The Ordinance lays down provisions prohibiting the burning of certain hazardous biogenic materials outside incineration facilities. However, article 1 lists some exceptions to this ban. The text consists of 6 articles as follows: Exceptions to the ban of incineration (1); Parasites and diseases (2); Sphere of application (3); Safety measures (4); Bans (5); Entry into force (6).
