Abstract
The present Act introduces, inter alia, some amendments to the Epizootic Diseases Act of (RGBl. Nr. 177/1909). In particular, it rewords article 8 on electronic veterinary register; moreover, the Acts add article 8a dealing with duty to report on behalf of animal keeper and animal farms; article 8b on marking of animals. Furthermore, it rewords article 12 on vaccinations; article 16 dealing with notifiable animal diseases.
