Abstract
This regulation provides provisions to protect the water supply area of the Salzburger Becken water association in the Tauglbach catchment and its mouth. Within this area, certain activities are prohibited, including the construction of bitumen mixing plants, chemical or thermal waste treatment facilities (with some exceptions), storage or use of specific pesticides and microorganisms, and motorsport-related facilities. Other activities require a water law permit before proceeding, such as industrial operations that could significantly impact groundwater or surface water, construction generating wastewater without public sewer connection, storage of certain mineral oils, large-scale animal husbandry, and waste treatment facilities. Violations of these provisions are subject to administrative penalties, and compensation is provided for restrictions causing loss of property use rights. The text consists of 10 Articles.
