Abstract
The purpose of this Ordinance is to establish uniform methodological regulations for sampling, sample treatment, wastewater flow measurement (if necessary), analysis, and measurement of wastewater parameters. It also covers quality assurance, technical standards, and methods for monitoring wastewater emissions, emissions from point sources, and the physical and chemical parameters, including pollutants, in surface water and groundwater. The scope of this Ordinance include monitoring wastewater emission limits applied into surface waters and public sewers, measuring pollutant loads from point sources, monitoring the chemical and physico-chemical status of surface waters, and assessing the chemical condition of groundwater. It does not cover water quality requirements for human consumption. The text consists of 10 Articles and a set of appendixes.
