Abstract
The present Ordinance implements the Wine Act 2009 (BGBl. I No. 111). The Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the control of wine without or with protected designation of origin and geographical indication. The text consists of 5 articles as follows: Austrian quality wine (1); Austrian wine (2); Austrian wine without protected designation or geographicl indication of type of vine or year (3); Analysis (4); National proceedings for the protection of origin designation or geographical indication (5).
