Women Advancement Plan (Frauenförderungsplan BMK).

This Ordinance is implemented by the Federal Ministry for Climate Protection, Environment, Energy, Mobility, Innovation and Technology with the aim of establishing an equal treatment policy for promoting gender equality in granting employment and career opportunities. The Ordinance contains 27 Articles divided into 5 Sections and cover the issues for gender mainstreaming, gender budgeting, equal treatment and advancement of women as part of organizational and personnel development, protection of human dignity in the workplace, support for the equal opportunities officers and contact women, and work-life balance for management positions, part-time employment and managerial responsibility and childcare facilities. Section 4 provides for measures in the field of education and training.
