Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Regulations 2022.

These Regulations are organized in 2 Parts. Part 1 Preliminary and Part 2 concerns the Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Council. Part 2 provides for the constitution of Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Council (ACH Council) such as nominations of persons for appointment as ACH Council members, appointment as ACH Council member, term of office, conflicts of interest, etc. and for ACH Council meetings and proceedings including holding meetings, quorum, among others.
