Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals (Administration) Regulations.

These Regulations implement the Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals (Administration) Act, 1994 by: (a) prescribing the quantity of active constituents for proposed or existing veterinary products and agricultural chemical products, or included in veterinary chemical products or agricultural chemical products, for the purposes of section 69E[2] of the Act; and (b) prescribing the form of search warrant under subsection 69ED[2] of the Act. For subsection 69D(1) of the Act, fees are prescribed by Regulation 3A. The Regulations further require providing of information about certain active constituents and chemical products and prohibit the importation, exportation, manufacture and use of certain active constituents and chemical products.
