Abstract
These Regulations provide for the distribution of agricultural chemicals; they distinguish between Part 2 Aerial distribution and Part 3 Ground distribution. They also regulate licensing and the actual distribution establishing requirements for aerial distribution, hazardous areas, distribution permits, etc.
