Abstract
These Regulations, consisting of 6 sections, provide for the prevention and control of disease within the apiary industry by requiring that apiaries be identified so as to facilitate their inspection; requiring that beekeepers use only standard or approved kinds of hive; and by providing for the seizure and disposal of abandoned or neglected hives, bee products and beekeeping equipment.
