Abstract
The Australia New Zealand Food Standards Code is organized in 4 Chapters and 1 Schedule. Here we outline Chapter 4 (Australia Only). Other Chapters can be found in related links.
This Chapter is organized in 3 Parts and establishes primary production and processing Standards for poultry meat, seafood, meat, dairy products, eggs and egg product, and seed sprouts. It also provides for Standards on wine production requirements. Standards include waste disposal, slaughtering, transport and storage, animal health, hygiene and sanitary measures in the production.
