Abstract
The 83 sections of this Act are divided into 9 Parts: Preliminary (1); Establishment, functions and powers of the Australian Wool Realisation Commission (2); Finance (3); Corporate plans and annual operational plans (4); Constitution and meetings of Commission (5); Staff (6); Audit (7); Miscellaneous (8); Repeal and transitional (9).
The objects of the Commission are: (a) to dispose of the wool stockpile and other assets of the Commission; and (b) to manage and repay its debt in the interest of Australian wool growers.
