Notes
Amendments made by this Act have already been incorporated in the consolidated versions of the principal Acts. Consolidated as at 1 May 2013.This Act further repeals the Artificial Breeding of Stock Act 1965, the Agriculture Protection Board Act 1950, the Cattle Industry Compensation Act 1965 and the Plant Pests and Diseases (Eradication Funds) Act 1974. The Aerial Spraying Control Act 1966, the Agricultural Products Act 1929, the Argentine Ant Act 1968, the Beekeepers Act 1963, the Fertilizers Act 1977, the Plant Diseases Act 1914, the Seeds Act 1981, the Stock Diseases (Regulations) Act 1968, the Stock (Identification and Movement) Act 1970 and the Veterinary Chemical Control and Animal Feeding Stuffs Act 1976 are repealed on a date to be fixed by proclamation.
