Building Regulations 2016.

Under these Regulations, Division 2 Plumbing work, provides for clarification on plumbing work and plumbing installations, completion of certain low-risk plumbing work, certificates of likely compliance (notifiable plumbing work), installation of on-site wastewater management systems, operation of on-site wastewater management systems, defined levels in flood hazardous areas, backflow prevention devices, plumbing work involving network utility operator's stormwater drainage systems, etc. Part 5 regulates work in Hazardous Areas and consider the following emergency situations: riverine inundation, coastal inundation, coastal erosion, landslip hazard, and bushfire -prone areas.
