Abstract
This Regulation implements the Protection of the Environment Operations Act 1997 for what concerns emission points, and the control of sulphur emissions (Part 2), halogens (Part 3), oxides of nitrogen (Part 4), hazardous substances (Part 5), solid particles (Part 6), smoke emissions (Part 7), dioxins (Part 9) and volatile organic liquids (Part 10).
