Abstract
These Regulations prescribe the method of measuring Tasmania's greenhouse gas emissions for the purposes of setting the baseline 1990 levels and prescribe the figure representing that baseline; and require the Minister to publish the reduction in Tasmania's greenhouse gas emissions.
