Abstract
This Act concerns administrative actions by the Commonwealth authorities and officers under the Western Australia cooperative schemes law. The main purpose of this Act is to validate certain invalid administrative actions taken by Commonwealth authorities or officers of the Commonwealth under certain State co-operative scheme laws. The Act consists of 14 sections and is divided into three Parts.
