Co-operatives Regulations.

These Regulations implement the Cooperatives Act by providing for fees payable under the Cooperatives Act, maximum fines which can be imposed by a cooperative on its members, matters relating to the operation and management of cooperatives, accounting and audit requirements for cooperatives, the form and content of registers required to be kept by cooperatives and for matters relating to active membership of cooperatives.
