Abstract
Part 2 of the Regulations contain prescriptions concerning recovery of EPA’s administrative costs associated with orders and proposals and guidelines about financial assurances. Part 3 concerns accreditation of persons as site auditors; section 10 clarifies particulars to be included in annual returns of accredited site auditors.
