Abstract
This Act concerns the management of Crown lands. The Act consists of 297 sections and is divided into 19 Parts: Preliminary; Powers of the Governor and the Minister to deal with Crown lands and dedicated lands; Further powers of the Minister; The Land Board; Perpetual leases and agreements; Provisions applicable to leases and agreements; Leases other than perpetual; The Lyrup Village Settlement; Homestead blocks; Closer settlement; Transfers; Sales of lands, granting of sites for buildings; Miscellaneous; Offences and penalties; Regulations and Arbitration, evidence, legal procedure etc.
