Crown Lands Regulations 2021.

These Regulations are organized in 3 Parts. Part 2 concerns care, control and management of Public Reserves, and regulates the use of vehicles, vessels and aircraft; animals on public reserves; recreational activities; restrictions relating to public reserves, such as prohibition of growing or standing plant; or dam up, divert or pollute water on or under the surface; or interfere with, dig up, cut up, collect or remove any sand, gravel, clay, rock, mineral or any timber firewood, humus or other natural substance.
