Abstract
These Regulations are organized in 6 Parts and 2 Schedule. Part 2 clarifies matters regulated under Parts 1 and 2 of the Dangerous Goods Safety Act 2004 (the Act); in particular provides for a definition of Dangerous Goods (Act s. 3(1)(a)) and prescribes how the how Chief Officer determines Dangerous Goods (Act s. 3(1)(a)). It also provides further information on Goods too dangerous to transport (Act s. 16). Part 3 regulates matters for the Act Part 4 and encompasses provision on exemptions. Part 4 is related to matters for the Act Part 5, Identity cards, prescribed details (Act s. 28). Part 5 is on Infringement notices offences and forms.
