Abstract
An Act to provide for the winding up and abolition of the New South Wales Dried Fruits Board; to end the regulation of certain sectors of the dried fruits industry; to provide for the continued regulation of the dried prunes industry and to amend the Marketing of Primary Products Act 1983 with respect to that industry; to repeal the Dried Fruits Act 1939 and certain other enactments; to amend certain other Acts consequentially; to validate certain matters; and for other purposes.
