Abstract
This Regulation, consisting of 74 sections divided into eight Parts and completed by four Schedules, provides for the endorsement conditions of standard retail suppliers, for customers and customer rights, for the electricity industry ombudsman and for the greenhouse gas benchmarks and abatement certificates. Schedules are divided as follows: Descriptions of parts of local government areas in distribution districts (1); Saved aspects of greenhouse gas abatement certificate scheme for carbon sequestration activities (2); Fees (3); Penalty notice offences (4).
