Abstract
These Regulations are organized in 6 Parts and 1 Schedule. Part 1 Preliminary, Part 2 regulates the procedures and composition of the State Emergency Management Committee. Part 3 clarifies the definitions of hostile acts and events, situations and conditions prescribed as hazards, and regulates the governance of hazard management.
Part 4 provides for requirements on information exchange, Part 5 lists and lays down the discipline for combat agencies and support organizations, and Part 6 prescribes infringement notices, offences, etc.
