Abstract
The Act provides for the preparation by the chief executive officer and the Director of Energy Safety of draft business plans in relation to energy safety activities.
The Act also provides for the determination and collection of energy safety levies and for objections and reviews.
The Act further provides for the establishment of the Energy Safety Account, and for powers of the Director of Energy Safety to require information and designate investigators for the purpose of this Act.
