This Act, save Part IVa, is repealed by The Fisheries Legislation (Consequential Provisions) Act 1991 (No. 163) as a consequence of the enactment of the Fisheries Administration Act 1991. Part IVa has ceased to have effect as a consequence of the coming into force of Part 5 of the Fisheries Management Act on 2 February 1995.
