Abstract
This Act amends the Fisheries Management Act 1994 and other Acts. Amendments to the Fisheries Act are reported in schedule 1 and concern, among others, the acquisition of fishing businesses, licensing of boats, fishing licences and the replacement in the text of the Act of “Director” with “Director-General”.
