Abstract
This Act amends the Fisheries Management Act 1994. it amends several sections dealing with the following aspects: management fishery; Management Advisory Committee; fishing boat licences; Fishing determinations and quotas; Endorsements on licences; Scientific observer programme; Provisions relating to charter fishing, etc.
