Fisheries Management (Aquaculture) Regulation 2017.

This Regulation, consisting of 65 sections divided into five Parts and completed by three Schedules, implements the Fisheries Management Act 1994 by providing specifications on several matters related to aquaculture.
The Regulation, in particular, provides for: classification of, applications for, and issue of aquaculture permits; variation of permits; contributions payable by permit holders; security arrangements for aquaculture permit holders; aquaculture leases issues; applications for, and grant and renewal of, aquaculture leases; including: classification and rent payable under aquaculture leases; sublease, transfer and transmission of aquaculture leases; the surrender, consolidation and subdivision of aquaculture leases; Aquaculture lease plans and documents; Marking of leased areas, boat channels and access ways; Public rights; and Miscellaneous. The Regulation is completed by three schedules: Provisions relating to members and procedure of committees; Forms and Fees, charges and contributions.
