Abstract
This Act sets up a series of aquatic reserves in various parts of the State in which it is generally prohibited to take fish or marine vegetation (including mangroves, seagrasses, algae and saltmarsh plants). General exemptions are specified for each reserve and generally require the consent of the Director of NSW Fisheries.
