Abstract
These Regulations, consisting of 12 sections completed by two Schedules, implement the Fisheries Management Act 2007 by providing the management scheme for the Blue Crab and by constituting the Blue Crab Fishery. They regulate licences and related fees, provide for the registration of boats, for the allocation of quotas and for catch and disposal records.
