Abstract
These Regulations, consisting of 4 sections completed by one Schedule, prescribe Demerit points for offences against provisions specified in Schedule 1, as an offence of a prescribed kind and the number of demerit points prescribed in relation to the offence is the number specified for the offence in Schedule 1; and an offence against section 120 of the Act as an offence of a prescribed kind and the number of demerit points prescribed in relation to the offence is the same number as the number specified for the principal offence in Schedule 1.
