Fisheries Management (Fees) Regulations 2017.

These Regulations, consisting of 8 sections completed by one Schedule, set out the fees for commercial fishing licences and registration, for fish processing and for recreational fishing. In particular, the schedules deal with the following issues: Commercial fishing—fishery licence application and annual fees; Commercial fishing—fishery permit application and annual fees; Commercial fishing—boat and device registration fees; Commercial fishing—miscellaneous fees; Processing fees; Division 1 Fish processor registration application and annual fees; Division 2 Miscellaneous fees; Recreational fishing fees; Miscellaneous fees.
