Abstract
These Regulations, consisting of 26 sections completed by two Schedules, implement the Fisheries Management Act 2007 by providing the management scheme for Rock Lobster Fisheries. They regulate licences and related fees, provide for the registration of boats, for the allocation of quotas and for catch and disposal records.

These regulations prescribing a scheme of management for a fishery under the repealed Fisheries Act 1982 were continued in force by Sch 1 cl 5(1) of the Fisheries Management Act 2007 as if they were regulations for the management of the fishery made under the Fisheries Management Act 2007.Last amendments up to: 2016 No. 34 Gazette of 26 May 2016 p.1895.
