Abstract
Regulations to make further provisions for levies imposed under the Fisheries Management Act 1991 and the Fishing Levy Act 1991. Levies are regulated for each of the specified fisheries. Levies are be attached to various kinds of fishing permits or fishing rights. The Regulations consist of 18 Parts and 3 Schedules.
