Fishing Levy Regulations 2006 (SLI No. 323 of 2006).

Regulations to implement provisions of the Fishing Levy Act 1991 and the Fisheries Management Act 1991. The Regulations specify the amount of levy imposed on the grant of fishing permits or rights under the Fisheries Management Act. Each part specifies the amount of levy for a fishing permit or other specified fishing right in the sense of regulation 4B of the Fisheries Management Regulations or in a plan of management made under section 17 of the Fisheries Management Act and when such levy must be paid. The method of calculation of levies and dates of payment vary with each particular fishery.
