Fishing Levy Regulations 2010 (SLI No. 312 of 2010).

These Regulations implement provisions of the Fishing Levy Act 1991 and the Fisheries Management Act 1991 by specifying the amount of levy imposed on the grant of fishing permits or rights under the Fisheries Management Act or specified by the Fishing Levy Act 1991. Each part specifies the amount of levy for a fishing permit or specified statutory fishing right in the sense of regulation 4B of the Fisheries Management Regulations or in a plan of management made under section 17 of the Fisheries Management Act and when such levy must be paid. The method of calculation of levies and dates of payment vary for each particular fishery.
