Abstract
This Regulation implements the Fluoridation of Public Water Supplies Act 1957.
The Regulation provides for: applications to fluoridate public water supplies; fluoridation equipment; matters related to the alteration of water supply capacity, water supply works and fluoridating apparatus; methods for the analyses of water samples; and for the security of fluoridation plants.
