Food Standards Australia New Zealand Regulations 1994.

These Regulations implement provisions of the Act with respect to the following matters: appropriate government agencies; application, modification and adaptation of Part 3 of the Food Standards Australia New Zealand Act 1991 (sect. 36 of the Act); disclosure of confidential commercial information; Board of Food Standards Australia New Zealand, prescribed organizations and public bodies from which nominations may be sought (sect. 40 of the Act); additional information about application made under section 12 of the Act; application fees, charges and refunds. Schedule 4 concerns assessment of applications under section 12 of the Act.
