Abstract
The Australia New Zealand Food Standards Code within the meaning of the Australia New Zealand Food Authority Act 1991 of the Commonwealth is hereby adopted as law of the Territory and shall have effect as if its provisions were regulations incorporated in these Regulations. If there is conflict between a provision of the Food Standards Code and of the Food (Interim Provisions) Regulations or, as the case may be, the Weights and Measures (Date-Marking of Pre-Packaged Foods) Regulations in respect of the application of any of those provisions to food, the provision of the Food Standards Code shall prevail.
