Abstract
These Regulations, consisting of 6 sections completed by one Schedule, prescribe circumstances in which forest practices plans are not required for the purpose of section 17(6) of the Act and prescribe fees for application for certification of forest practices plan. Schedule specifies fees for application for certification of forest practices plan and other fees.
